History

Ralo Productions is the name of the company that Lloyd Vandenberg, Managing Director of Glendale Group, founded with his brother Raymond (the Ra) in 1980. Both brothers started to organize business events, especially mini fairgrounds at company parties in association with Joop van den Ende Productions. In this way Lloyd and Raymond came into contact with the television world through which their network expanded by building dance floors and sceneries, arranging lights and building game attractions for the ‘Showbizzquiz’. In addition to this the two brothers had a letter studio and they exploited various slot machines throughout the whole country. In 1988 Raymond and Lloyd decided to end their cooperation, after which Lloyd continued Ralo Productions on one’s own.

The company submitted a business plan for a cocktail/juice bar, for which a concession was delivered in 1995. Juggle Juice Bar was a fact at that time.

Throughout the years Ralo Productions brought food service more and more into focus. This, combined with a good portion of ambition, let to the opening of various food service concepts at Schiphol and abroad. One and the same covering name for all food service outlets was desirable, especially in the field of business administration. This resulted in the realization of Glendale Group B.V., a company that has more than 120 employees nowadays. And this number of employees is growing every day.
